1. Scope & Admission

1.1. These terms govern the relationship between Chișinău Business School (CBS) and the applicant. 

1.2. Admission Integrity: CBS reserves the right to rescind an offer of admission or terminate enrollment if it is discovered that the "EMBA Expectations Essay" was plagiarized, generated by AI without disclosure (where prohibited), or if any application data is fraudulent.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

2.1. Tuition: The total fee is €22,500, payable in MDL at the BNM exchange rate of the payment day.

2.2. Schedule:
Installment 1: €7,500 (By Sept 1, 2026)
Installment 2: €7,500 (By March 1, 2027)
Installment 3: €7,500 (By August 1, 2027)

2.3. Default: Failure to pay an installment within 30 days of the deadline results in automatic suspension of access to CBS Google Workspace and lectures.

3. Cancellation & Force Majeure

3.1. Non-Refundability: Following the payment of the first installment, fees are non-refundable as the School allocates fixed costs per student.

3.2. Force Majeure: Refund requests are only considered under extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe illness, military mobilization, or national emergencies). 

3.3. Board Review: All such requests must be submitted in writing to the CBS Board of Directors, which holds sole discretion for partial refunds or tuition deferrals to a subsequent year.

4. Intellectual Property & Academic Materials

4.1. School Property: All curriculum materials provided via Google Workspace are the intellectual property of CBS. Students may not reproduce or distribute these materials externally. 

4.2. Student License: Students grant CBS a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use their names and testimonials for institutional marketing.

5. Liability

5.1. CBS is not liable for technical interruptions of third-party services (Google, MailerLite, Webflow). 

5.2. Liability for any claim is limited to the total amount of tuition paid by the student.
